• Troubleshooting

5.1 If the terminal is unable to connect to the background server in the first time installation, background shows offline, please check the terminal installation

5.1.2 Is SIM card installed correctly, please refer to the installation instructions.

5.1.3 Please check is it power on, the switch at the back cover.

5.2 Terminal shows offline in the background
