6 Installation Notes

3.1 Preparation Before Installation

3.1.1 Open the box, check is the equipment correct, are accessories complete, otherwise please contact your dealer;

3.1.2 SIM card selection, the terminal needs to insert a WCDMA/GSM SIM card, GSM card Unicom mobile or optionally (GSM networks worldwide),WCDMA Unicom 3G.

3.1.3 SIM card installation, open the terminal device, take off the metal cover SIM card slot, SIM card chip insert into the slot, covered with a metal slot cover.

Note: (1) Before installing or removing the SIM card, first turn off the device power;

• Terminal SIM card need to open GPRS function;
• Terminal SIM card need to open the Caller ID function (depending on customers prefer or not);
• If your SIM card needs to enter SIM PIN, please consult your phone's user manual to turn off SIM PIN;
• Make sure that the SIM card has charges;

3.2 Installation

Terminal installation is concealed installation, hidden installation recommendations terminal equipment designated by the distributor of professional and technical personnel to install, note the following:

3.2.1 To avoid damage to the thief, the device select bits should be hidden;

3.2.2 To avoid to put the emission sources together, such as reversing radar, anti-theft devices and other automotive communications equipment;

3.2.3 It can be fixed by cable ties, or use wide sponge double-sided adhesive stickers;

3.2.4 Equipment built-in GSM antenna and GPS antenna, the installation should ensure a positive upward (toward the sky), and the above non-metal shield block, the proposed installation location:

• Below the windshield inside the decorative panel;
• Car meter (surface of non-metallic materials) around the shelter;
• Rear windshield below the decorative panel;
• Inside car door or pillar;
• Within the dashboard or under back seat hidden

Note: (1) If below the windshield there is metal insulation or heating layer will reduce the GPS signal reception, causing the GPS malfunction, please change the installation position;

• Some models are built-in 3D sensor, and it needs to detect acceleration, deceleration and rollover, equipment must be installed according to the mounting direction front and rear direction of the vehicle can not be mounted transversely.

7 Terminal Outlet Defined

• Red line connects positive power;
• Black line connects negative power;
• Orange connects ACC;
• Yellow connects relay

Please use the original supplied power cord, the red line is the positive power supply, black for negative power, negative power installation, choose a separate grounding or connect metal, do not connect with the other ground wire together. If need ACC automatic anti-theft function, ensure to connect the ACC line, the device will detect the ACC state to decide whether to enter the security mode; If not connect to ACC line, the vehicle will enter the security mode, vibration occurs under the security mode, vibration alarm will be triggered.

3.4 Proper Use of The Product

Install→Power on→Settings→Register

Installation: GPS antenna should be facing toward the sky, above the mounting location must be no material (such as metal, window film) absorption of electromagnetic waves sheltered place.

Boot: Insert the SIM card correctly, connect the wire according to diagram, then turn on the power.

Setting: Must be done, or can not do other operations, mobile phone owners send text messages to set the owner number and a specific number to the terminal SIM card.

Registration: Registration method is different subject to dealer platforms, please consult your dealer.
