MACHINE FEATURES

1. SRB120A is fully automatic accumulating blow molding machine for 120~230L HDPE barrel and drums specially. The output for 8KG open top barrel is 20 Pcs/h, daily capacity is 480 barrels.

2. HDPE recycled material special screw with high hardness bimetallic alloy of L/D ratio 28:1, extrusion system is driven by 6 grade motor for plastcizing capacity 230KG, 24L vertical type FIFO accumulating head. Clamping unit can be pushed outward with oil cylinder, easy for changing moulds.

3. High speed total machine control system with 100 point parison thickness controller, aluminum cantilever operation box. PHASE servo motor & SUMITOMO gear pump for energy saving and control oil temp. Height adjustable bottom blowing unit & parison expanding unit, motor-dring water chilled robot arm.
