HXRF-650JP type X-ray fluorescence analyzer is a high-end analytical instrument designed for non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, mineral processing and smelting, and geological industries.

Analysis efficiency: High speed, high precision and high efficiency. The self-developed analysis software can simultaneously complete the synchronous and accurate analysis of dozens of elements from 11 sodium (Na) to 92 uranium (U) within 1-120 seconds
