Purpose:
PT-DZ22OG computerized automatic torque testing machine is suitable
for related torsion testing of various products. Torque test and
torsion life
test of NB shaft, mobile phone (single shaft torque, finished
product torsion life test), LCD Monitor foot, rotary switch. It is
easy to set and operate with Windows Chinese window screen.
Machine characteristics:
1. The machine is driven by a servo motor to provide high-precision
torque testing.
2. The test conditions are set by the computer screen and can be
stored.
3. It can directly test the torque value change of each angle
(torque-angle curve change graph).
4. At the same time display the torque-angle curve and the torque
decay life curve.
5. It can store and print graphics (torque-angle graph and torque
attenuation life curve, inspection report).
6. The inspection report is automatically printed, and can be
converted to output or output directly through the network.
7. The upper and lower limit of the test can be input, and the
machine will stop automatically if it exceeds the specification.
8. The torque value can be set: positive torque, reverse torque,
positive torque + reverse torque.
