Equipment operation instruction
.1 Pre-check before power-on
Below check up must be done before switch on the system.
a. Lead rubber shade at entrance and exit of tunnel must be kept well in shape and droop strait. Impaired piece must be replaced with good ones.
b. Make sure all outer protective cover plate tightly covered and locked tight.
c. Conveyor belt must be kept well and without any part lacerated.
d. Make sure there is nothing left in the inspection tunnel.
e. All switches and buttons shall be in correct position. Especially the three red "EMERGENCY STOP " button is up release status.

2 Power-on
Switch on procedures are as below:
Step 1: Make sure it’s connected with 220V power supply (need grounding).
Step 2: Press power button on the console keyboard to start the system.
Step 3: Double click SF5030C software shortcut on the desktop to start the system
Open system operating software, login user name: SA, password: 12345678.
Step 4: Press “REFINE +” and “REFINE- ” when first time use
Press “REFINE +” when the first running, obtain Materials Database
