License Plate Recognition technology (License Plate Recognition, LPR) is based on the computer technology, image processing technology, and the fuzzy Recognition to build the characteristics of the vehicle model, identify the vehicles' characteristic, such as Plate, model, color, etc. It can automatically extract the plate image from an image, it uses the advanced image processing technology, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence to the collected images information and processing, it can be identify the license plate Numbers, letters and Chinese characters, and directly given recognition result, makes the system become a reality.

How To Entry?
Step 1----- The Vehicle covers the Loop coil.
Step 2 ----- Driver press the push button on the entry parking
case.
Step 3 ----- The card dispenser spit an RFID Card, system recording
all the information such as entry time.
Step 4 ----- Boom barrier open automatically
Step 5 ----- After the driver pass the 2nd loop coin. The Boom
barrier close automatically
How To Pay and Exit ( For Manual Payment )?
Step 1----- Visitor drive to the payment centre station and give
his to the operator (Station near the Exit point )
Step 2----- Operator put the card in the card issue device
Step 3----- System shows the card information on the LED display
automatically.
Including the cardholder information, how long the car stays inside
the parking system and how much need to pay.
Step 4----- After the driver pays the cash. Operator click " open
barrier ". then boom barrier open.
Step 5----- After the car pass the loop coil. the boom barrier
close
How To Pay and Exit ( Auto-Payment Station)?
Step 1----- Visitor drive to the Auto-payment Station and place
card on the reader
Step 2----- The auto-payment machine show how long the car stay and
how much need to pay
Step 3----- Visitor Insert Coin or Notes to the bill acceptor then
print out reception
Step 4----- Visitor take the card to the exit point and place on
the reader. then barrier open automatically
Step 5----- After the car pass the loop coil. the boom barrier
close
