Application:

The tests are to comply with UL1581-2001 section 1060) vertical burning and FT1 test), 1061(cable burning test), 1080 (VW-1 burning test), 1090 (electric appliance horizontal burning test),1100 (Horizontal sample / FT2 combustion test) requirements.

Main components:

1, the test box:

2, the control system:

A, the control system using single-chip control, push-button selection switch to select a different test mode to meet the needs of the standard, test time, number of tests,

Time, etc. can be set to keep burning and record. Delayed combustion timing using

photosensitive automatic control, according to test conditions automatically stop timing and timing;

B, equipped with high-precision flame control system, can automatically and accurately record the burning time after stopping the fire, without manual recording, to reduce test error.

C, equipped with temperature measurement system, can accurately control and debug the test required for the test temperature.

1) Thermal sensors (copper conduits and thermocouples) - The conduit structure shall be electrolytically copper of very high conductivity. 1.75 grams of catheter flame is 20mm, the flame of the 10-gram catheter is 125 mm.
2) K-type thermocouple, with 0.5mm diameter stainless steel tube jacket.
3) intelligent temperature control table and K-type thermocouple to match. The reading can reach more than 1000 ℃.

3, the test device and test fixture:

A, the main fixture: the sample holder and the burning torch

B, sample support: made of 304 stainless steel, sub-level bracket and vertical bracket

C, combustion burner: to meet the requirements of ASTM D 5025-99, the standard power:

vertical spray for the 500W, horizontal spray for the 225W,

Ejector diameter: 9.5 ± 0.5mm, nozzle from the air inlet height of 102mm, torch angle: the level of 90 degrees, vertical 20 degrees

4, gas and gas flow control system:

A, gas: methane, purity 98% (to be certified by the supplier certificate), calorific value 998BTU(British thermal units) / cubic feet.

B, gas flow control system:

1) mainly include: flow meters, pressure gauges, pressure reducing valve

2) Flowmeter: In accordance with D3195 standard calibration. Equipped with a flow meter with a precision of at least 2%. Flow range: 1000ml / min.

3) Gas pressure reducing valve: 1, the gas flow can be adjusted to 10 pounds per cubic inch.
