Description:

The tester is suitable for test electric and optical fibre under the flame not less than 750℃, whether keep circuit integrity under fire conditions.

Specifications:

1. Burner:Venturi mixer for the nozzle with a nominal length of 500mm width of 15mm belt type propane gas torch. The nozzle has three rows of staggered nominal diameters 1.32 mm, the center distance of 3.2 mm drilling;

2. Air flowmeter: 80L / min, propane flowmeter: 5L / min;

3. The burner control system is made of pressure regulator, piezoelectric igniter, flameout device, temperature control thermocouple, gas source (owned), control valve, ignition device, gas pipeline, flow meter, Venturi mixer , Sprayer, ball valve, air lines, air compressed bottles(owned);

4. Timer: 0 ~ 99.99s / m / h arbitrarily set;

5. Ignition device: for automatic ignition;

6. Temperature controller: temperature monitoring by the two parts, the temperature range: 0 ~ 1000 ℃ arbitrarily set;

7. Test transformer: three sets 3000VA;

8. Test voltage: AC 1000V;

9. Test current: 3A.
