Micro-computer Controlled Textile Testing Equipment High Temperature Dyeing Machine

It is widely used in dyeing test and applicable for high temperature and normal temperature dyeing. It can test the sample fast and assist mass product. It can be used as wash fastness tester and dry cleaning fastness tester with separating dyeing cups, and absolutely measuring up ISO, AATCC standard.

Parameters

1. The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel SUS304 sheet.
2. Equipped with precision heating system, PT100 thermocouple with programmable temperature control computer (with heating rate).
3. 12/24 cups, capacity 150 ㏄, 250 ㏄, 300 ㏄, 400 ㏄, 450 ㏄, 500 ㏄, cup body material 316L.
4. A set of cooling sandwich, with insulation cover. Shaft seal is sealed.
5. A washing sink with a flushing system.
6. Medium for glycerin, the maximum temperature of 145 ℃. Bath ratio 1: 5-1: 20.
7. Equipped with aluminum motor and gear box, in order to achieve good heat dissipation. Three-phase motor power 180W, gearbox type 40 1:30.
8. The other can also provide zipper dyeing with 6000㏄ and 9000 cups.
