Automatic Barrier Gate Warranty:
1. The Automatic Barrier Gate Drive Motor is warranted against the
manufacturer’s defect for the lifetime
2. Automatic Barrier Gate Standard warranty for all components is
valid for12 months from the date of delivery
3. This Automatic Barrier Gate warranty does not include damages
caused by:
a. Wear and Tear
b. Theft
c. Accidents
d. Act of God & Natural Disaster
e. Unstable power supply (i.e. inconsistent voltage or lightning)
Automatic Barrier Gate Arm position adjustment.
2)First please set the arm horizontally and vertically through the regulating nut to lengthen or shorten the connecting rod, and then tighten the M12 safety nuts.
2)To make the arm well-balanced, please adjust the M8*140MM spring regulating screw accordingly.
3)For the barrier gate with double springs, please adjust the springs simultaneously.
FAQ:
1. When the Automatic Barrier Gate finishes closing, why does the
arm open itself slowly?
The Automatic Barrier Gate spring is too tight, you need to release
the spring a little, and then test it again.
See whether the main crank touches the triangle tightly or not, if
tightly, adjust it.
Reset the balance position and the electrical limit switch.
2. Why does the controller panel operate with "Di Di Di" abnormal
noises?
As for this, it means the resistance on the controller board is
broken, if you have professional tools to check,
then replace that broken resistance, if not, replace that
controller panel.
3. Why does the barrier finish half operation of opening and
closing?
If use our controller panel, you only need to find resistance R37
on the controller panel and replace it is ok.
4. When the barrier closed, why is there a 5-degree angle of
inclination?
The Automatic Barrier Gate model is not good, and the gear doesn't
fit each other tightly.
The Automatic Barrier Gate didn't adjust well, need to reset it.
5. When the Automatic Barrier Gate finishes opening, but it closes
itself without any order control, what's the problem?
Check the loop cable first, because the loop cable may be broken
To check the motor sensor, if it is not set well, then reset it in
the middle between two holes on the sensor rod.
6. Why does the Automatic Barrier Gate arm wave a lot when opening
and closing?
The Automatic Barrier Gate spring is very tight.
The Screw touches the rubber absorption tightly and needs to reset
again.
7. Rubber lining installation suggestion:
It is good use for fast speed, like 0.6s, 1s, 1.8s and 3s.
The place with many vehicles coming and going, like shopping
centers, and carpark areas.
