2. Features

• The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment. The protection level is IP55.

• -48V lamp is installed inside the cabinet.
• The cabinet is installed with Environment Monitoring Unit, door alarm, temperature and humidity sensor, smoke sensor, water sensor etc., which can work together to monitor the inside environment of the cabinet.
• The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
• All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.

The DDTE012 Outdoor Integrated Telecom Cabinet is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as 4G system, communication/network integrated service, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc

4. Description

The cabinet, made of galvanized steel, is divided into equipment compartments and battery compartments. The right part of the cabinet is equipment compartment, which is separated from the battery compartment for heat insulation of the equipment space. The battery compartment is used for installing batteries. The cabinet body has heat insulation foam, which can keep the temperature inside the cabinet. The cabinet also has roofs which is sun proof and water proof. There are ventilations for releasing harmful gas generated by the batteries.

The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theft proof three point lock. There’s open door alarm sensor, which works together with the environment monitoring unit.

4.1 Cabinet Door and Lock

The cabinet includes two front doors. The cabinet door uses embedded structure. The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle. The lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.

4.1.1 Door lock theft proof design

• Damage resistance of the theft proof lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

4.2 Cable Inlet

Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

4.3 Grounding Protection

• The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.
• The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.
• Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.

4.4 Connection and Fastening

• Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
• Door hinges use inner hinge mode.

4.5 Appearance and Surface Treatment

Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.

• 8 analog inputs. 4 specially for temperature and humidity detecting, the other 4 for general analog detecting, universal input.

(2) Function:

When forcible entry (forcible opening the cabinet door) happens, the door sensor will send the door alarm signal, and transmit the alarm signal to the monitoring center in switching mode.

(2) Function:

When AC power supply failure happens, the sensor will send AC power supply failure alarm signal, and transmit the alarm signal to the monitoring center in switching mode.

When burning or smoke happens inside the cabinet, the sensor will send out alarm signal, and transmit the alarm signal to the monitoring center in switching mode.

(2) Function:
