1. Varieties in Resistive Technology

There are great varieties in resistive technology. Apart from the basic film/glass construction, glass/glass construction is often employed for automotive navigation devices due to its toughness and environment resistance. Film/film structure is often seen on mobile phones and other portable devices because it is light and does not crack even if it is dropped onto the ground. Resistive touch screen may also come with a polarizing film that will suppress reflection of sunlight. Besides, Shining has developed 4 layers analog resistive touch panels which has already been exported to Samsung and employed to Samsung's door access control sysytem.

6. Detail Makes Difference

Perfect details make our products perfect. Silkscreen of our analogue resistive touch panels and projected capacitive touch panels has smooth surface, smooth line, uniform thickness and the linearity is below 1.5%; the edge is smooth with tolerance below 0.1mm; minimum width of silver line and distance between lines is 0.15mm.

Silk-printing, laminating, cutting, FPC bonding etc. are all operated by automatic machines and skill-experienced workers. Almost everything is under our control.

7. 100% Inspection

Every stage of production process is focused on a lot to avoid mistakes and regarding the cleanliness of appearance and function, we carry out 100% inspection. What we care most is that each piece touch panel delivered from our warehouse has to meet our clients’ requirements.

8. Safe Packaging and Delivery

Up till now, every order of our touch panels has reached our clients abroad successfully without any damage. We pack touch panels with blister tray or foam box as requested first, certainly, there is a piece of protective film on it; and second, put into a bag and make it vacuum; lastly, put into a carton box.

SHINING and CLOUDTOP strictly control touch panels’ quality according to industrial standard and clients’ requirements. We own over 2000 square meters 10,000-class dust-free workshops and more than 200 square meters are equipped with 100-class dust-free workshops, which basically ensures the cleanliness of our touch panels. Regarding our R&D and production ability, we have 12 experienced people in the management and there are more than 50 workers, most of who have been with us for over 3 years. Moreover, in order to guarantee the quality from the start, we only purchase brand materials and some key steps, such as silk-printing, laminating, cutting, FPC bonding etc., are all operated by automatic machine and skill-experienced workers.
