FAQ:

1.Support Hard drive and SD card or not?
A: Yes, HDD version MDVR supports HDD, and SD card. Max support 1T 2.5'' HDD, 128G SD card.

2. Is it complicated to install MDVR into the vehicle?
Actually it is easy to install it into vehicle. Most drivers can figure out how to connect the power cables.
And the camera installation is more easy. Just screw, connect and mount on the target place inside the vehicle.

3. How about the 3G setting, and the WIFI setting?
A: The setting for MDVR is very important. Most functions need correct setting before use.
The 3G setting depends on the Telecommunication company and rules in local country.
Normally a simple call to your local telecommunication company can know the APN setting.
WIFI setting is more easy. Just input the same data with Wireless router and server.

4. What can I do if the MDVR fails to work?
A: You can send it back to us. 12 months quality warranty is provided under normal use.
If you send it back, we will inspect the MDVR in details and repair it for you. However, just seldom returned defective MDVR, because the quality is rather good!

About lead time, it is around 2--4 days for sample order. And normal order is depend on the quantity. Usually it’s 5-30 days.

5. I’ve ever bought MDVR from other supplier. But the anti-vibration is not strong enough. Now the MDVR works bad and video recording is not good. I am afraid to buy again.
