1 General description

We are specialized in manufacturing integreted intelligent barrier gate. With international advanced

safely, conveniently and quickly.

2 Characteristics

a. Speical movement mechanism, with no gear or belt; no need for maintenance; stable performance and

long life-span

b. Specially-designed balance mechanism, which makes boom start slowly, run quickly and stop slowly.

c．Avoid vibrating caused by boom’s running;

d．Only 90 degree running for the boom, to avoid the accident of 360 degree running caused by

abnormal failures.

e．Specially-designed low-speed aluminum-casing motor, integrated gearbox with low noise & quick heat-

radiation;

f．Intelligent over-heat protection system for driving mechanism, to control motor’s temperature and avoid

damaging easily during frequent usage.

4 Safety notes

a. During running, do not open the case-cover or case-door, to avoid accident.

b. Normally, users can not change the wire layout inside barrier gate. Please just connect the gate with

220V power supply.

c. The power supply system should be equipped with leakage breaker (≥10A).

d. During arm going down, do not place anything under the booms; and no body is allowed to standing or

walking under the boom.

e．When power cuts, first, turn off the power connection; then adjust the boom to vertical position by

turning the manual swing manually.

f. Normally, do not increase or decrease the length or weight of the boom, to avoid losing balance. If

necessary, professional staff is required.

g. Normally, do not adjust positions of mechnical limit switch or photoelectrilimit switch.
