1. Special driving structure, no gears, non-belt driving, maintenance free, high stability, longer life.
2. Special balancing structure design makes the barrier arm have the features of slow-starting, fast-running, and slow-stopping.

4. The Vehicle Barrier Gate arm is 90 degrees running which excludes the failure caused by 360 degrees running.
5. Special low-speed aluminum housing motor integrated gearbox design, low noise, fast heat dissipation.
6. The Vehicle Barrier Gate driving mechanism has the design of an intelligent overheating protection system, in frequent use, it can control the warming of the motor, making the motor not burn easily.
7. The Vehicle Barrier Gate main engine adopts a mechanical limit switch and photoelectric limit switch dual protection, to avoid the problems caused by using a traditional magnetic switch which is easily interfered with by the external environment.

Communication with customers
1) Q: Connected power and pressed open/close button but the traffic
barrier gate did not action.

the motor still runs and does not stop.

4) Q: When opening/closing, traffic barrier gate arm cannot reach
the right position (90° vertical & 180° horizontal)?

1 | Length adjustment of connecting rod not correct | Open the vehicle barrier gate door and unlock the clutch to check when the arm is at 90° vertical position if the master rod covers slave one; when the arm is at 180° horizontal position if the master rod and slave one are in the same straight line |
2 | Nuts on the limit switch loose | Tighten the nuts when the arm at 90° vertical and 180° horizontal position |
